Order / Shipping
This is how it works:
1. Select the desired item in the shop and fill out the Order form or Repair order form.
2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, in which our Bank account and mailing address is stated.
3. IMPORTANT:
a. Back up your data beforehand. In general, all data remains in a conversion or, a repair on your iPhone (laptop, BlackBerry, LG ...) but "better safe than never".
b. Remove your SIM card and disable the lock code due to device Check up.
4. Please send us your device with a fully filled Repair order form including the following details:

5. You pay in advance easily with PayPal or Bank transfer. Please, your name and your phone number must be indicated.
6. You will get your device back within 24 hours after repairs.
